Don Al Ringler has been in Central Texas since 1979. He grew up in Marshall, TX where his father Charles Ringler worked at an automobile dealership. After making his way through the ranks, Charlie purchased a dealership in Kilgore, TX where Don worked during his high school and college summers. Don graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1971 and began working full time at Ringler Chevrolet in Kilgore. In 1979 the Ringler family purchased the Chevrolet store in Temple, Texas, and Don moved with his wife Linda from Kilgore to run the operations. Don Ringler Toyota was added in 1988 and originally kept an inventory of only 10-15 cars. Don enjoys playing tennis, riding horses, hunting, fishing, and just about any other outdoor activity. He also enjoys spending time with his family as much as possible - especially his two beautiful granddaughters!
Donnie Ringler grew up in the automobile business from day one! He was born at Scott & White in Temple, Tx just 3 years after Don Ringler Chevrolet - Toyota opened its doors. He attended elementary, middle, and high school in Belton, TX. While growing up, Donnie enjoyed playing many sports, mainly soccer, and by spending time on the lake with family he developed a deep love for the waterskiing, wakeboarding, and just about any other activity on the lake. Donnie worked in various positions at the dealership each summer from age 15 until he graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2004 with a degree in Marketing. In June of 2004 he began working at Don Ringler Chevrolet - Toyota full time as a salesperson and later as the Internet Director. Donnie is currently the General Manager at Don Ringler Toyota, and he enjoys the family atmosphere that the team provides to all of its members and customers. While not at work, Donnie enjoys hunting, wakeboarding, riding dirtbikes, and, according to Internet Director Jerry Burkhart, just about any other activity that gives him the opportunity to hurt himself!
