I have been totally pleased with Don Ringler Toyota , and especially with my salesman, Richard Hill . I have a 2021 Tacoma and now the new 2025 Rav 4 suv. Both are a joy to drive. Everyone at the dealership are super nice and my purchases have been flawless. Travis in finance was vey nice on the phone even though I did not need financing. And then the dealership delivered the vehicle to me .James , the driver is a great guy as well. Tony at Toyota Temple was great not only as an alliteration but as a salesperson during a car buying experience. I stopped back in to Don Ringler Toyota, and spoke with Tom Glick again about purchasing a truck. Tom helped me find the perfect Toyota Tacoma that I was looking for-even though I needed to look at many different trucks in order to make my decision. The experience was great and I couldn’t ask for anymore.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle for Don Ringler Toyota. The vehicle wasn’t ready to test drive when I went to look at it the first time but Alan was still able to give me all the information need on the vehicle and keep me informed and updated on when it was ready to for a test drive. I originally started with Round Rock, but became frustrated when they could not answer a simple email. I gave an attachment of the vehicle I was intrested in and the VIN number. Yet, three emails later they couldn't give me a straight answer on mileage or features.

I told him what I wanted and he delivered. I have been happy with my car for over a year now and I would recommend purchasing a car here because of their honesty, demeanor and they have much better pricing than anyone else in the area.

While visiting from out-of-state I had my Camry serviced (under warranty) at Don Ringler Toyota in Temple, Texas. The service was amazing from the minute I called to make an appointment, to the moment they handed me the key upon completion. This is my fourth Toyota and my second one from Don Ringler. I inquired about ordering a 25 4Runner but was surprised to hear that they had one coming in that had everything I was looking for. Richard Hill made the process extremely easy and everyone from the sales manager to the finance manager were nice and professional. I will go back to Don Ringler when it’s time for a 5th. If your looking for a Toyota and a no pressure sales process I would visit Don Ringler and ask for Richard.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I took my wife’s vehicle in for a service and decided to go look at the Tundras. I wasn’t really looking to purchase at the time but figured it wouldn’t hurt to see pricing. Alan was very helpful along with management and worked with me through the whole process, getting me a great deal. It didn’t stop there. I value the service experience as important as sales. They seem to have an inexperienced set of advisors.
