I very rarely give feedback whether it is bad or good, but I feel compelled to give you feedback on my recent visit to Don Ringler's service department last Friday, February 28th. I once again had the pleasure of dealing with Cliff Golder, Assistant Service Manager. I really want you to know that he is one of the most courteous, helpful and patient service managers I have ever known. He seems to be really invested in the customer, making sure everything is done right and taken care of. Every time I bring my Tacoma in, he goes the extra mile. I am always surprised at the attention to detail he has in making sure to take care of any service issues I have missed. I have had several different makes of vehicles in the past and delt with some pretty terrible service departments. This is my first Toyota. I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I am with it and this dealership.

He let us call the insurance company and have them send a fax copy of it. Very helpful.
