I bought my first car as an adult just this past weekend and I’m loving it. Also Sid is very knowledgeable, respectful, he is not pushy at all, he gave me all the information he could so that I could make the best informed decision for my situation. Financing portion: 2/5 starts Now on the other hand I will say once I went into the box to finalize paperwork and go over warranties of anything I’d like to add I’d have to say my experience wasn’t so great. The guy we had I don’t remember his name was very nice and professional although he talked way too fast and didn’t explain things very well. When we would go back to ask a question about something he would just vaguely answer the question then start talking about 3 other things before we could get a word in. The whole time he was saying how we should get all of the extended warranties bc it’s what’s best…. Etc… overall the time in the box going over warranties was very confusing. It would have been a much more pleasant experience if he would slow down a lot and try to do a better job of answering questions also having a text or some type of document that would explain exactly what every extended warranty did would also be beneficial all in all I had an okay experienced with the financial department Just to say one more time Sid was the best salesman I’ve every encountered in my life and if at any point I need a new car I will be going with him

He was patient, kind, very detailed in all of his explanations while I was deciding between the RAV4 and the Toyota Cross. I ended up choosing the RAV4.
